Death Rattle
Every snake in the coil rattles at once, dealing stacking Physical damage to the whole group every second, and the rate of new applications accelerates the longer it runs.
The moment the cast starts, everyone attached by Vine Grip sprints away from the boss to break the rattle; if the group does not break it, the key wipes.

Vine Grip
Orweyna ties players to the Writhing Coil with vines during Death Rattle; enough attached players moving 10 yards farther from the boss forces it to Uncoil.
Pre-plan a run direction, then sprint straight out with movement abilities until the vines snap and the intermission begins.

Uncoil
The boss rips apart into five Uncoiled Writhes with a burst of group-wide Nature damage; all damage the snakes take persists after they reform through Assimilation, and on Mythic+ they fixate players with Spiteful Hunt and apply stacking Spiteful Venom in melee.
Treat the intermission as the burst window: stack the snakes, cleave hard, kite or crowd-control the snake fixating you, kick their Toxic Atrophy casts, and step clear before Assimilation lands.

Toxic Atrophy
KICKDuring Preparing Toxin the boss casts Toxic Atrophy three times in a row, and each cast that completes stacks 15 percent reduced damage done and a 10 percent slow on the whole group; the Uncoiled Writhes cast it too.
Rotate three interrupts through every Preparing Toxin sequence; letting stacks through slows your kill and tightens every later damage check.

Burrowing Charge
The Writhing Coil burrows across the ground in a line for heavy Nature damage, then follows up with a Venom Jet cone sprayed at one player.
Step out of the charge path, then immediately check the boss's facing so nobody stands in the Venom Jet cone that follows.

Tail Scythe
The boss slices its current target with a bladed tail for very heavy Physical damage.
Tanks hold active mitigation for each Tail Scythe instead of spending it on white swings.

Synchronized Venom
The boss spits venom at every player, dealing an upfront Nature hit plus a ticking DoT that runs for 35 seconds.
Healers plan sustained throughput for the full DoT duration and call for personals if it overlaps Death Rattle or the Uncoil intermission.
