Xal'atath reaches the thing she has been walking toward since The War Within: the Worldsoul itself. Eclipse is the last major content update Midnight gets, and it hands the Worldsoul Saga to The Last Titan.

The third and final chapter of the Worldsoul Saga, and a return to Northrend. Eclipse is written to hand off to it, which is why the worldcore matters: what Xal'atath finds there is what The Last Titan opens on.
