What WoW-God collects, why it is used, and what you control

Account information can include an email address, display name, authentication records, profile preferences, linked characters, and the identifiers needed to maintain a session. When Battle.net authorization is used, WoW-God receives authorization results and permitted account or game-profile data, not your Battle.net password or authenticator code.

Community information can include forum posts, comments, reactions, friend requests, private messages, reports, moderation records, and the public profile fields you choose to provide. Do not place sensitive personal information in a public post or send secrets through private messages.

Optional imports can include character identity, realm, class, specialization, gear, talents, loadouts, keybinds, macros, settings, inventory summaries, addon configuration, and other game-client data that the sync interface describes before import. The site should process only the categories enabled by the user and available through the addon, desktop client, or connected game service.

Technical records can include IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, browser and device information, security signals, and diagnostic events. Cookies and local storage may preserve authentication, locale, planner profiles, dismissed notices, and other preferences.

Information is used to operate accounts, link characters, save planner work, provide community features, answer support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, secure the service, and improve the accuracy and usability of WoW-God. Aggregated or de-identified observations may be used to understand feature adoption and game-data coverage.

WoW-God does not use a private message as an advertising page. Account, login, settings, messages, forum, profile, live-data, generated-reference, and database utility routes are excluded from third-party ad placement by site policy.

Reviewed English editorial pages may contain one labeled in-page display placement after the main content. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technology to serve, measure, and limit ads. Google's advertising systems may use information from visits to this and other sites to personalize ads where the user has consented and applicable law allows it.

Users can manage personalized Google advertising through Google My Ad Center or Ads Settings. Browser controls can also block or remove cookies, although doing so may affect sign-in and saved preferences. If Monetag is used while AdSense is unavailable, WoW-God permits only its in-page banner format; popunders, forced redirects, vignette takeovers, and browser-hijacking formats are not authorized on this site.

For visitors in regions where a certified consent platform is required, advertising must remain disabled until the required consent configuration is active. AdSense Auto Ads are not part of WoW-God's approved placement model.

Hosting, content delivery, security, email, authentication, game-data, analytics, and advertising providers process limited data on WoW-God's behalf or under their own terms. Examples can include infrastructure providers, Cloudflare, Blizzard or Battle.net, Google, and a configured advertising provider. External embeds can contact their host when loaded.

Information may be disclosed when required by law, needed to protect users or the service, necessary to investigate fraud or abuse, or involved in a business reorganization. WoW-God does not sell private messages, passwords, or raw imported addon files as an advertising audience.

Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the selected feature, meet legal or accounting duties, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security records. Account and imported data should be deleted or de-identified after a valid deletion request unless a narrower record must be retained for one of those purposes.

WoW-God uses access controls and operational safeguards appropriate to the data it processes, but no networked service can promise absolute security. Report a suspected account or data incident to [email protected] without sending passwords or authentication codes.

You can browse public editorial content without creating an account. You can choose whether to link Battle.net, install sync software, import optional game data, publish profile fields, join community features, or permit advertising cookies. Browser and device controls can clear local storage and cookies.

Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to, restrict, or delete personal data. Send requests to [email protected] with enough information to identify the affected account. You may also contact the relevant advertising or external-data provider for controls that provider manages directly.

This policy may change when WoW-God adds a data source, account feature, provider, or legal requirement. The effective date and last-reviewed date are updated when a material revision is published. Material changes may also be called out in the product or account area.
