Quest Text
The blade squirms. It is ready for its next transformation. There is only the leader, Vortensiun, left. He is known to me. Once, we formed a pact together to defeat a rival. When the time came for him to betray me, he did so clumsily. I let him live, so I could savor the taste of his regret. I wonder how well that pain has marinated by now? Let's find out. When the blade is tempered in his essence, it shall grow new power.
