The faint marks are every other quest objective recorded in this zone. There is no zone artwork here, so they stand in for the coastline: quests only send you where the zone is walkable.
Standing there and seeing nothing?
- practice. Convention among strong players. Widely followed, but it is not a rule and it can be wrong.Open your own quest log map. If the game draws no marker there, you are not in the phase for it, and that is definitive. Trust the game over us, and tell us in the comments so we can record it.
What To Do
Complete the quest objective shown in your tracker in The Azure Span, then return to the turn-in NPC.
Quest Text
We've been out here for a good bit of time. Time enough for me to watch the gnolls around here. Gnolls are usually a nuisance, but the decay gnolls around Brackenhide Hollow... The decay doesn't just warp their bodies. It warps their minds too. Decaymonger Rotpaw is the worst of them. She's indiscriminate in who or what she spreads her decay to: the unwilling of her people, travelers, animals, children... If there's any justice in this world, she should be taken down.

The Azure Span belongs to the Dragonflight archive. Start with its campaign track if this record is unavailable or the next step is missing.
Check the exact quest giver and turn-in records above first. Use this page's community comments for phase changes, cave entrances, spawn timing, and corrections from the live game.
No group size is listed by Blizzard, so this is usually soloable unless the objective text says otherwise.
Pin the quest in-game, enable objective outlines, then use the exact-title references in the archive for NPC or object coordinates. Add a correction below if the live game differs from this record.
Objectives and map pin
Blizzard's public API publishes a quest's text and rewards but not its objectives, its own level, whether it can be shared, or any map coordinate. Nobody has synced quest 75950 yet, so there is nothing to show here rather than a guess. Running the WowGodSync addon while you play contributes those fields for everyone.
Check it in game
Quest completion is stored per character on Blizzard's side and is not in the public API, so paste this in your chat box and it prints true or false for “An Exemplar of Justice: Hadwin” on the character you are logged into.
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(75950))/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompletedOnAccount(75950))A false also comes back for a quest id the client does not know, so it means “not recorded as complete” rather than proof the quest exists on your account.
