Standing there and seeing nothing?
- derived. Calculated from verified rules. The arithmetic is ours; the inputs are not.The client only draws some of these markers for characters meeting a condition it tracks. If the spot is empty, the likeliest reason is that you are not in the phase it belongs to.
- practice. Convention among strong players. Widely followed, but it is not a rule and it can be wrong.Open your own quest log map. If the game draws no marker there, you are not in the phase for it, and that is definitive. Trust the game over us, and tell us in the comments so we can record it.
What To Do
Complete the quest objective shown in your tracker, then return to the turn-in NPC.
Quest Text
Now that we have an idea of who we're looking for, the next question is, where can we find them? With the constant infighting of the mogu, it is likely that each clan would keep tabs on the whereabouts of their competitors. If we can find such information, it may just lead us to the Rajani. Seek out the champions of the mogu. They would be the most likely to carry reports on their enemies' whereabouts.
Plan the run before you travel
Check the quest area, faction, and level range before you travel. If this quest is part of a chain, finish nearby campaign quests in the same zone first.
Check the exact quest giver and turn-in records above first. Use this page's community comments for phase changes, cave entrances, spawn timing, and corrections from the live game.
No group size is listed by Blizzard, so this is usually soloable unless the objective text says otherwise.
Pin the quest in-game, enable objective outlines, then use the exact-title references in the archive for NPC or object coordinates. Add a correction below if the live game differs from this record.
Objectives and map pin
Blizzard's public API publishes a quest's text and rewards but not its objectives, its own level, whether it can be shared, or any map coordinate. Nobody has synced quest 56539 yet, so there is nothing to show here rather than a guess. Running the WowGodSync addon while you play contributes those fields for everyone.
Check it in game
Quest completion is stored per character on Blizzard's side and is not in the public API, so paste this in your chat box and it prints true or false for “Finding the Rajani” on the character you are logged into.
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(56539))/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompletedOnAccount(56539))A false also comes back for a quest id the client does not know, so it means “not recorded as complete” rather than proof the quest exists on your account.
