Quest Text
Seawalls can be rebuilt, but lives are lost for good. We need to secure the rest of the people here first. The Outriggers have been known as some of the fiercest hunters in these waters. Find their leader, Rosaline Madison, and enlist her aid in liberating Anglepoint. Together, clear the north shore of the Horde, save anyone in danger, and rally the dock workers. You handle the north shore, {name}. I will handle the south. We'll meet in the middle and crush the Horde between us.
