What To Do

Complete the quest objective shown in your tracker in Howling Fjord, then return to the turn-in NPC.

Quest Text

Oluf will come out if you defeat the other gladiators. That's 'bout the only way we're getting' that cipher back. Put on your whompin' boots and get busy in the Ring of Judgment. If you do manage to get the cipher back, return it to Glorenfeld o'er near the entrance to these catacombs. Me? Don't worry about me! We're on the brink of discovering the missing link to human-kind!

Field notes

Objectives and map pin

Blizzard's public API publishes a quest's text and rewards but not its objectives, its own level, whether it can be shared, or any map coordinate. Nobody has synced quest 11300 yet, so there is nothing to show here rather than a guess. Running the WowGodSync addon while you play contributes those fields for everyone.

Have I done this?

Check it in game

Quest completion is stored per character on Blizzard's side and is not in the public API, so paste this in your chat box and it prints true or false for “Stunning Defeat at the Ring” on the character you are logged into.

Completion check
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(11300))
Warband-wide check (11.0+)
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompletedOnAccount(11300))

A false also comes back for a quest id the client does not know, so it means “not recorded as complete” rather than proof the quest exists on your account.
