Site-seeded discussion prompt: missing tooltips can be caused by script blockers, missing IDs, stale data, or a page using plain text instead of the shared tooltip component. What info helps debug?

Post the exact URL, the item or spell name, and whether the icon appears. That tells us if the issue is data, rendering, or hover behavior.
