Parse review: start with deaths, not color

The fastest way to improve a raid night is to review avoidable deaths, missed personals, and assignment failures before anyone argues about orange versus purple numbers.

A clean kill with stable cooldowns usually creates better parses anyway. The meter is the scoreboard, not the whole game plan.

For healers, also check overheal during low damage and cooldown availability during spikes. That tells a better story than HPS alone.
