Complete the quest objective shown in your tracker in Howling Fjord, then return to the turn-in NPC.
Quest Text
The Scourge creature you just destroyed had this device held in its clutches. It has a jewel set into it which looks similar to the one that tops the scourging crystals. Surely, Apothecary Anastasia would like to have a look at this.
Completion Help
Check the quest area, faction, and level range before you travel. If this quest is part of a chain, finish nearby campaign quests in the same zone first.
