What To Do
Complete the quest objective shown in your tracker in Howling Fjord, then return to the turn-in NPC.
Quest Text
I think I've figured out what the Iron Dwarves are doing. The tools they use are imbued with magic during their forging. When they're used to carve runes, the symbols form much more than mere words. These runes have the power to bind, compel, and twist. If I had a set of those tools, I could mimic the runes in the book. I captured one of these boxes from one of the pavilions at Giants' Run, but it was empty. Look for similar boxes and recover a set of tools from them.
Completion Help
Check the quest area, faction, and level range before you travel. If this quest is part of a chain, finish nearby campaign quests in the same zone first.
Open the Wowhead page for coordinates, NPC spawn comments, cave entrances, and player-submitted route notes. WoW-God links out instead of copying community comments.
No group size is listed by Blizzard, so this is usually soloable unless the objective text says otherwise.
Pin the quest in-game, enable objective outlines, and search the exact quest title if you need NPC or object coordinates.
