I am sensing something very special about this child indeed. You should take her to visit Farseer Nobundo, here in the Exodar. I believe that he has been expecting the two of you. Look for Nobundo upon the highest terrace in the Crystal Hall.
Completion Help
Check the quest area, faction, and level range before you travel. If this quest is part of a chain, finish nearby campaign quests in the same zone first.
